• Dealers listing vehicles are responsible for holding all required licences, including LMVT registration where applicable

3. Dealer Listings

For Dealers:

• Dealers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all listings

• Listings must represent vehicles honestly and comply with New Zealand consumer laws

• Autera may remove or suspend listings that are misleading, unlawful, or breach these Terms

For Buyers:

• Vehicle information is provided by dealers

• Autera does not guarantee availability, condition, pricing, or accuracy of listings

• Buyers must conduct their own checks before purchasing

4. No Warranty or Guarantee

Autera provides the Website and its content “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

• That listings are error-free

• That dealers will respond to enquiries

• That a vehicle will be sold or purchased

• Any outcome resulting from contact with dealers

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

• Autera is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from vehicle listings, enquiries, or transactions

• Autera is not responsible for actions or omissions of dealers or buyers

• Autera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

6. Dealer Verification

Autera may take reasonable steps to:

• Verify dealer details

• Check public registration information

However:

• Autera does not guarantee dealer licensing status at all times

• Buyers should independently verify dealer credentials before purchasing

7. Third-Party Websites & Links

Autera may link to dealer websites or third-party platforms.

• We do not control or endorse third-party content

• We are not responsible for third-party policies, accuracy, or services

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Autera, including:

• Branding

• Logos

• Text

• Design

is owned by Autera or licensed to us.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Autera for unlawful purposes

• Upload false or misleading information

• Interfere with website functionality
